1. Increase and time your water intake

Drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Drinking 2-3 cups of water at a time is scientifically proven to increase metabolic rate immediately. Drinking water in the middle of any execise acts as a fuel to accelerate metabolic rate and burn more calories. Drinking water 10 minutes before meals reduces hunger and makes us eat less. Water helps to flush out toxins from the body through sweat and urine. It also cures many digestion related problems. Water should never be underestimated as one of the means to lose weight healthily.

2. Take 4-6 meals a day

Instead of taking 3 large meals, split them into 6 small meals. Surprisingly this makes us eat less! We feel less hungry when we take meals more often. More than that, it keeps our digestive system busy and thus does not allow our metabolic rate to fall. In fact it is easy to follow as it keeps us full throghout the day.

3. Simple exercises can get you going

Very simple and enjoyable execises can get you to your goal weight easily. Walking 45 minutes a day can bring excellent results. Running for 15 minutes a day would be a good idea. Skipping, playing outdoor games can make you slim before you expect to be.

4. Eating raw vegitables and fruits

Whenever you feel like eating eat an apple or a carrot or some fibrous fruit or vegitable. This will make you healthy without adding any weight to your body.
